I’ll have everything covered so you can relax! My goal is to create the best session with the least obstacles so you can enjoy your photo session, stress-free. I’m also focused on meeting all of my promised deadlines.

2 Yr Gallery Access!
Galleries are online for 2 years to give clients plenty of time to store their photos. A % of your photo session fee will go towards storage. Booking a new session before the deadline will auto renew your client gallery. Any lost galleries can be re-uploaded for 2 more years (a $50 fee).

After we choose a date for you deposit is due via Venmo @Graciedays as family/friend, then the planning stages begin. I’ll also send a helpful Gracie Days Guide only my clients can access. *Rescheduling is available to clients, if planned in advance.*
STYLE & MATCH
I’ll help you pick outfits & pair them to gorgeous locations. We’ll have outfit try ons at my home prior to your session if you’d like more help. One month before your session we’ll finalize everything.
DREAM DAY!
We’ll start the day by getting you pampered with one of my fave hair & makeup artists. We’ll make sure that you are in love with the finished product & we’ll head on over to your location to create some magic!
THE
PROCESS
I'll select your best photos based on flattering angles, lighting, and expressions. After light & color adjustments, I'll create custom filters/presets to suit your gallery and skin tone. Then, I'll send you the gallery to choose your favorites for professional retouching.
THE
DELIVERY
3 weeks from your session date I'll deliver your retouched gallery unless a turn around upgrade was purchased. Your gallery will be online for 2 years, unless another session is booked and added to your gallery. If you lose your link. Text 337.502.7188 & i'll send another one your way.

Galleries expire after 2 yrs. Have your photos re-uploaded for 2 more yrs ($50). If you book a new session before 2 year deadline. We will auto renew your client gallery.

All of the images you receive in your digital gallery are "edited" as part of the session package. Editing includes color correction, white balance, exposure correction, highlights, shadows, contrast, & much more. Those beautiful tones that really bring your photo to life.
RETOUCHINGPhoto retouching is another form of polishing an image for final presentation. Retouching, unlike editing, required additional transforming or altering of a photograph using various skills and technique to maintain realism.

After filling out a contact form & speaking with me to finalize your session date or booking below, a non refundable retainer of $250 is due to reserve your date(s. ) Your remaining balance will be due the day of your session.

Ask me about my favorite locations after booking. I like to keep my locations private to ensure that my clients receive a custom experience with me. I’ve created a Gracie Days Guide to help each client feel prepared prior to our session. You will receive this after booking. It covers outfits, locations, tips, & all of my favorite recommendations.

Your finished photos will be ready & delivered 3 weeks from your session date for download via online gallery.
(They will be online for 2 years, unless another session is booked) wedding galleries are delivered no later than 60 days.

Your gallery will be sent to you 1 week from your session date for a $150 rush fee, must be decided during booking.

A 2 week advanced notice is needed prior to rescheduling your session in order to put someone else in your spot. If you feel any signs of the flu please contact me asap. Also if you are planning a vacay/trip please let me know so I can put you in the best month possible.
I keep a consistent eye on the weather & give everyone a back up date for these situations. A 60% chance of rain or more, or wind at 15 mph & higher often lead to a rescheduled session, In some cases we will drive out an hour or so to avoid bad weather.

The first 30 min of travel are free of charge. Per every other 30 min spent on the road I charge a $50 flat rate.
Travel is included in Senior Session Collections For Year 2025.We’re based out of Lake Charles, Louisiana for distance reference.
